Newly appointed PNP Chief Gen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa caught the attention of the netizens. He’s been a talk over the social media after his funny appearance on T.V during the presidential inauguration.
He is a pure Davaoeño and was appointed by President Duterte as the newly PNP Chief. He was a Davao City police chief and was known for the “Oplan TukHang” one of his key missions is to stop the illegal drugs back in Davao City.
According to a report, Chief Superintendent Ronald ‘Bato’ dela Rosa said that things have changed after his first appearance in the television. People started taking selfies with him or to say hello.
