The highly anticipated match-up between celebrities Baron Geisler and Kiko Matos was confirmed by the URCC who will be hosting the event. The Baron Geisler vs. Kiko Matos URCC Match will happen this coming June 25, 2016 at the Palace Pool Club in Taguig. The match-up will finally settle the differences between the Geisler and the Indie star.
The Palace Pool Club is located at 9th Ave cor 36th Street, Uptown Bonifacio, Taguig, Metro Manila. According to Universal Reality Combat Championship (URCC), the Philippines first professional mixed martial arts event, Baron Geisler contacted them and confirmed that he wants to settle everything with Kiko Matos inside the cage.
Kiko Matos first confirmed to the organizers of URCC Philippines about his intention to fight Baron Geisler inside the Octagon and on Wednesday, May 31 the former “Tabing Ilog” star confirmed his intentions to fight with the Indie star in what some observers forecasts to be a well-attended mega-fight between the two celebrities.
The 33-year-old Baron Geisler prepared for the highly anticipated fight at the URCC against Kiko Matos and he even trained with his brother, world-renowned Taekwondo title-holder Donald Geisler.
The older Donald Geisler is a former Olympian, who represented the Philippines in the Summer Olympic Games in the years 2000 and 2004. The Geisler brothers made headlines also on social media when their training session was uploaded on Facebook and it went viral garnering hundreds of thousands of views.
During the past few days Geisler and Kiko Matos made headlines when they were caught on camera involved in a brawl with both sides claiming innocence. Geisler have been involved in various controversies on social media and he was even dubbed by some netizens as the “real bad boy” in Philippine entertainment industry. This is also the first time that Geisler’s latest altercation involved a fellow celebrity.
