During the last 14 years, Mayor Rodrigo Duterte was also featured in the world’s prestigious magazine and gave him the nickname “The Punisher” because of his successful but often-controversial actions agains the criminals of Davao City but he was able to clean up the city and became one of the safest in the world.
The 71-year-old presumptive president of the Republic of the Philippines, Mayor Rody Duterte was featured again in the prestigious magazine not because of his latest controversial remarks against international personalities but because of his success in the 2016 elections wherein he wage a war and won against some of the country’s most influential political figures by showcasing volunteerism during his election campaigns.
