In his six years in the office as the Chief executive of the country, President Noy’s wealth grew by more than P18. 5 million.

When he assumed the position as the president of the republic of the Philippines in 2010, his statement of assets, liabilities and net worth (SALN) stated a net worth amounting to P50.194 million.

As of December 31, 2015, or six months before he steps down from his position as the president, his total wealth stands at P68.775 million.

His recent and latest statement of assets, liabilities and net worth submitted to the Office of the Ombudsman revealed that his total net worth rises by P464, 086 last year according to his net worth of P68.331 million in the year 2014.

President Noy stated the total value of his real properties at P40.159 million. His other personal properties and cash are worth 36.613 million.

When President Noy assumed office on June 30, 2010, he stated liabilities in the form of mortgage payables or mortgage debts with the amount of P2.430 million. Before leaving the palace of Malacañang, his declared his liabilities amounting to P8 million.

After six months into office, Noy’s second statement of assets, liabilities and net worth (SALN) showed his net worth increasing to 54.999 million as of December 2010, which added to the income he gained from the sale of his residential lot in Antipolo City.

After one year, Noy Aquino’s wealth once again increased to P65.130 million as of December 31, 2011, because of the value of his house in Quezon City increases from P13.796 million to P23.6 million.

Year after, Noy’s 2012 SALN showed a decrease in his net worth of P65.128 million.
