    • lol. Miriam is no longer a senator. Her term ended this year (2010-2016). FYI, one needs to be a senator to be senate president.

  1. I hope he appoints the right person and expert technocrats under each department.
Traffic problem. MRT Breakdown, Airport Tanim Bala, Customs corruption, drugs, crimes,no discipline, law and order…All these immediate problems can be remedied quick by (removed)igning a MILITARY man like General Isidro Lapena.Private buses and jeeps should be converted to a government Public Transport system , limited use of private cars and heavy regulation on service and utility vehicles.Discourage car sales and use until the roads can handle the volume. Convoy systems with dedicated lanes simulating the MRT.

Evasco could spearhead a m(removed)ive resettlement project for all the homeless, jobless, slums and squatter areas into Israel type Kibbutzim. The military Army Corp of Engineers will be used to mobilise and build all these settlements. The NPA concept of democratic socialism and collectivism will work very well in this form of a community. . Jojo Sison might also want to help to build these settlements. There will be a guaranteed housing, food, jobs, education , healthcare for every settlement.Government and farmers voluntary partnerships in the agrarian sectors in the form of cooperatives and collective use of equipments, supplies, management, marketing and subsidy will work wonders and ease the struggle of our poor independent farmers.

Domiguez and Salceda will make sure that all the trade barriers are taken down like red tape, bureaucracy, corporate dynasty’s hold on the protectionism and self interest . Open our internet to competition, open our markets to Wall Street, Japan, Europe.Partnership with other countries to develop our natural resources like the exploration of Deuterium as alternative to fossil fuel, financing solar, wind, geothermal, and ocean waves to go to our electric grids to lower the cost of our electricity.Promote the Freedom of Information to stop under the table deals, and promote transparency, accountability responsibility and honest delivery in all government transactions , contracts. and projects.
