Binay: “Busiest Presidential Candidate”

United Nationalist Alliance (UNA) standard-bearer Jejomar Binay has been named as the busiest presidential candidate by GMA News Online’s Campaign Tracker.

Binay-Busiest Presidential Candidate

According to the news website, they were able to evaluate each presidential candidate’s performance based upon the information shared by their official campaign organizers since the election campaign period started last February 9, 2016.

The website noted in its report that their records contain every official campaign activity of all the presidential candidates.

However, there are campaign sorties that have not evaluated by the site because some organizers were not able to submit report about some of their activities.

Binay has conducted 71 campaign sorties since February 9, 2016 naming him as the “Busiest Presidential Candidate”.

Mar Roxas (Liberal Party) on the other hand landed on the 2nd spot with 68 campaign activities followed by Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte (PDP-Laban) with 51 campaign activities.

Senator Grace Poe ( Nationalist People’s Coalition) with 50 campaign activities was placed on the 4th spot while Senator Miriam Santiago (People’s Reform Party) with 11 campaign activities gained the last spot.

Jejomar Binay along with his running mate Senator Gregorio Honasan started their first official campaign in Mandaluyong.

Former interior secretary Mar Roxas on the other hand kicked off his first campaign sortie in his bailiwick, Capiz.

Presidential front-runner and social media presidential bet Rodrigo Duterte along with his running mate Senator Alan Peter Cayetano started their first campaign activity in Tondo, Manila.
