Cebuana actress and one of the Kapamilya stars Ellen Adarna shared on social media about her experience in Davao City wherein she was fined for violating a city ordinance, but despite her experience, she endorsed Mayor Duterte to be the next President of the Philippines. The announcement of Ellen Adarna added another star power to the star-studded supporters of Mayor Duterte.
The show of support by Ellen Adarna was made during the second leg of #PilipinasDebates2016 hosted by TV5 as she surprisingly posted on her official Instagram account her endorsement of Mayor Duterte for free and revealed that one of the reason why she supported the mayor was because of his stand against ordinance violators.
On her Instagram post, she revealed that she paid 10,000 pesos as a fine for smoking in public. Ellen, a lady raised in Cebu delivered her post in Visayan language.

Mayor Duterte was instrumental for implementing the strict ordinance in Davao City discouraging citizens to do it in public areas. The support of Ellen Adarna did not come as a surprise for her supporters because of her Cebuano roots. She joined the long lists of celebrities who are now supporting Mayor Duterte voluntarily.
Mocha Uson and her group was also supporting the presidential bid of Mayor Rodrigo Duterte.
