Japanese rock band Uchusentai Noiz and American ballader Ryan Gallagher will advance to the highly anticipated next round of the country’s most popular singing contest for foreigners, “I Love OPM” after they wowed the judges with their respective performances during the Sunday’s episode of the show.

Due to the impressive performance of Uchusentai Noiz, Toni Gonzaga stated “Kumbaga sa ulam kumpletos rekados. Nandoon lahat ‘yung performane level, ‘yung energy na ibinigay niyo sa amin. Medyo hindi lang namin naintindihan ‘yung ibang Tagalog words.”
On Ryan Gallagher performance, Toni Gonzaga stated “Makapanindig balahibo. Narinig ko ‘yung, parang feeling ko Il Divo umawit ng ‘Sana Maulit Muli,’ she said.
Judge Martin Nievera was so impressed with Uchusentai and praised the band for a wonderful performance: “Kayo ang liwanag sa dilim. Because their performance, their energy, is very very good and in this competition, we really need the diction to be just a little better,” he said.
On Ryan Gallager’s performance, Martin Niever stated: “It’s a beautiful song, and you sang it beautifully. And it’s very hard for a man to say that my hair was standing when you sang,” Nievera also told Gallagher.
Uchusentai Noiz and Ryan Gallagher moved on to the next round after getting an average of 89 points and 93 points, respectively.
