Some of the most notable schools in the Philippines made it to the elite list of Top 10 Priority Schools of Companies when hiring fresh graduates. Based in a survey conducted by JobStreet.com, company revealed that the same top schools that came out during last year’s survey came on top when hiring new graduates.
The survey by JobStreet was conducted from February 22 to March 6, 2016, based on their study, they also revealed that out of 550 companies asked, 8 out of 10 companies are willing to hire fresh graduates. Six out of 10 firms, said that the will hire based on school preferences.
In the firms who stated that they will hire based on school preference, 9 out of 10 said they will still hire fresh graduates even if they are not from their preferred school as long as their qualified for the job.
