World-renowed singer Madonna arrived in the Philippines on Monday which is earlier than expected on her highly anticipated two-day concert in Manila this coming February 25 and 25, 2016. The main reason why Madonna arrived earlier than expected was because of the fact that she and her crew will visit first the exclusive resort Amanpulo in Palawan.
According to some sources to requested anonymity, Madonna arrived at NAIA earlier to visit the highly-touted premier resort Amanpulo which was recently visited by some of the world’s most renowned celebrities like the American business magnate Bill Gates and Hollywood stars Brad Pitt together with his wife Angelina Jolie.
The concert of Madonna which will be held at the SM Mall of Asia Arena is part of the “Like a Virgin” singer’s support of her 13th studio album titled “Rebel Heart.” The highly anticipated concert in Manila is part of the worldwide tour, featuring a total of 82 shows, which will end on March 20 in Sydney, Australia. The Manila concert is part of the 13-show Asian leg of the worldwide concert tour.
Madonna Louise Ciccone or simply Madonna, dubbed as the “Queen of Pop” is considered as the best-selling female recording artist of all time, with 300 million records sold worldwide and considered as the top touring female artist of all time.
Madonna was also included in Time Magazine’s “25 Most Powerful Women of the Past Century” and is in the American cable TV network VH1 list of “100 Greatest Women in Music.”
