A whistle blowers in the new controversial pork barrel scam worth P500 million named two woman lawmakers and various Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) who were behind the newest expose release by known lawyer Levito Baligod. A total of 15 operators of bogus NGOs allegedly siphoned off P500 million in pork barrel allocations of 20 lawmakers.

According to documents filed in the Office of the Ombudsman, Atty. Levito Baligod, who helped expose the Napoles scam two years ago named a congressman and wife of a Bulacan representative are among the 15 operators of the bogus NGOs.
In the affidavits submitted by Atty. Baligod, Rep. Nancy Catamco of the second district of North Cotabato province and Florida Robes, wife of Rep. Arturo Robes of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan province, were among those named in affidavits of listed NGO operators submitted Wednesday to the Ombudsman by lawyer Levito Baligod.
Aside from the two influential figures, the other NGO Operators named in the latest P500 million pork barrel controversy were Evelyn Miranda, Rosemarie Palacio, Quennie Estanislao, Maylanie Asuncion, Elvira Roseph Castelo, Cheryl Ugali, Marilou Antonio, Joel Soriano, Marilou Ferrer, Maripaz de la Vega and Rizza de la Vega, France Mercado and Jaime Paulo Paras.
The list of NGOs involved in the P500 million scam were Workphil Foundation, Sagip Buhay People Support, Kaisa’t Kaagapay, St James de Apostle, Kagandahan ng Kapaligiran, Kapuso’t Kapamilya, Kabuhayan at Kalusugang Alay sa Masa, Gabay sa Magandang Bukas, Center for Mindoro Integrated Development, Aaron Foundation and Buhay Mo Mahal Ko Foundation.
