The winner of the first-ever X-Factor Israel, Rose “Osang” Fostanes, may be deported from the country, due to her visa’s expiration. The possible deportation of Rose Fostanes from Israel was confirmed her talent management, Aroma Music as reported by the Israeli news site Hareetz.
Rose Fostanes was granted with an artist visa after her achievement in the X-Factor Israel last January 2014 and she was able to make a living as a performer, not as a caregiver, her former worked before winning the title.
According to reports, the company behind Rose Fostanes who issued an artist visa for her withdrew its visa request because the Filipina singer could not produce profits for them.
For the visa request to be granted, the company would be required to provide Fontanes a monthly salary for a year. However, Aroma Music noted that Fostanes’ income was not enough to provide for her. That’s the main reason why the company may end Rose Fostanes three-year contract this year, several months before it is due to end.
Despite the bad news for the fans and followers of Rose Fostanes, the report also noted that Aroma Music is “hopeful that a solution will be found to obtain an alternative visa that will enable her to make a living from other jobs as well.”
