Kapamilya actor Enchong Dee clarified the rumors that he wants to leave his mother station ABS-CBN, during an interview with Aquino & Abunda Tonight that aired on Friday. According to the actor he never once thought of switching networks although he was not visible on TV for a year.
The 26-year-old Enchong Dee admitted that he was not visible on TV for a year but he emphasized that he did not mean had no work with ABS-CBN during that time.
Based upon rumors, Enchong Dee wants to leave his mother station because he had no work with the Kapamilya Channel and it’s the reason why he contemplated leaving the network.
Enchong Dee noted that while he was not seen regularly on television, he was working at the time on his album and the romance film “Once A Princess,” both of which have since been released.
Right now, Enchong Dee is busy as he juggle three major project, his “Deetour” concert to be held on July 3 and 10 at the Music Museum, his ongoing “Wansapanataym” miniseries, and a hosting stint on the new “Pinoy Big Brother.”
Enchong Dee also clarified that he never had an idea to transfer to other networks. He was quoted as saying “Never ako nagkaroon ng idea na lumipat,” Dee said. “Hindi ako nag-complain. Atsaka ang ganda-ganda ng kontrata ko sa ABS.”
