British singer-songwriter is considered as one of the most popular in the world but in the Philippines, he is not only popular, he is also one of the most-watched artists on YouTube. According to the latest YouTube’s newest data tool, Music Insights, Ed Sheeran’s videos have been watched over 178 million times since September 2014.

Quezon City topped the list of cities in the world where Ed Sheeran’s videos are being streamed the most with 45,823,937 total views. According to YouTube, Music Insights provides data to artists to find out where there videos are being streamed the most.
The Philippines is also the third largest market next to the United States and United Kingdom for the Ed Sheeran hit songs on YouTube with a total of 17,244,364 views since it was posted online.
Aside from Quezon City that tops the list of cities in the Philippines, Cebu City also contributed with 22 million views, Manila with 18 million views, and Makati City with 14 million views.
The British singer-songwriter visited the Philippines last March 13, 2015 for a one-night sold-out concert at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.
