Kantar Media, one of the country’s leading research firm released the Top 10 Most Watched TV programs in the Philippines for the Month of April. Eight of the 10 Most Watched programs are produced by the countr’s leading TV station, ABS-CBN, which is considered as the undisputed leader in nationwide ratings.
According to the data gathered by Kantar Media for the month of April, the Kapamilya Channel clinched the Top 8 in the list. The survey is based on a nationwide panel size of 2,609 urban and rural homes that represent 100% of the total Philippine TV viewing population.
The only two programs that made it to the Top 10 Most Watched Programs for the month of April was “Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho” which ranked at No. 9 and “Magpakailanman” placed 10th overall. ABS-CBN remained as the leader in national audience share for April 2015 with 42% compared to GMA-7’s 37% and TV5’s 8%.
