Some of the world’s most popular hitmakers, Sam Smith, Ariana Grande, Maroon 5, Owl City, and Imagine Dragons are set to perform in Manila in the next few months. The international hitmakers are scheduled to visit the Philippines for scheduled concerts and series of shows.
The 22-year-old Sam Smith, one of the recipient of four Grammy Awards trophies, will conclude Music Management Inc.s (MMI Live) “British Invasion” concert series with a one-night show at SM Mall of Asia (MOA) Arena on May 10, 2015. He will be visiting Manila for the very first time as part of his “In The Lonely Hour” world tour.
Ariana Grande, the US Pop Singer and former Nickelodeon actress will visit Manila on Augst 23, 2015, as part of his three Asian stops in her ongoing “The Honeymoon Tour.” The 21-year-old singer Ariana Grande is the voice behind the hit dance “Problem” and “Break Free.”
Triple Grammy Award-winning pop-rock band Maroon 5 will return to the Philippines for the fourth time this coming September 17, as part of “Maroon 5 World Tour 2015.” The band’s frontman and leader Adam Levine, one of The Voice coache, will be promoting their fifth studio album “V.”
Aside from Ariana Grande, Sam Smith and Maroon 5, also performing in the Philippines this 2015 are the groups American electronica act Owl City is holding a free show on May 8 at the Bonifacio High Street Amphitheater.
Another Grammy Award-winning act, the alternative rock band Imagine Dragons will coming to Manila for the “Smokes + Mirrors” (also the title of its second album) concert on Aug. 27, part of a world tour.
