Standing with a remarkable 47-0 record, Floyd Mayweather Jr. is considered as a great boxer of his time but now gives hint about hanging up his gloves.
The 38-year-old boxer said that he will play with his six-fight contract after ending his professional boxing career. Mayweather wanted September as the month of his last fight at MGM Grand Garden Arena leaving his big match with Manny Pacquiao as the second to last.
Boxing became the lifeblood of Mayweather but the boxer firmly said that he doesn’t find boxing as fun anymore saying that it “is all business.”
“I’m pretty much done with all this. It’s not fun like it was back then. It’s business now. I don’t really enjoy it any longer. [I’ll fight a] final one at the MGM Grand in September,” Mayweather said.
Mayweather will face Pacquiao in their much anticipated big match on May 2 unifying the WBC, WBO, and WBA welterweight titles.
