Former actress Ara Mina aired her official statement on the rumored break up between her and current partner Patrick Meneses after speculations surfaced online that they were having misunderstanding. Ara Mina admitted in an interview with entertainment site Push, that they were having problems in her relationship with the Bulacan, Bulacan Mayor.
The 35-year-old Ara Mina appealed for understanding amid break up rumors which even states that they already called it quits. According to the actress, having problems in a relationship is common among couples and they were not exempted from any problems arising between couples.
Ara Mina aired the following statement through entertainment website Push:
“Para sa mga kaibigan at taga-suporta namin ni Pat, maraming salamat sa inyong concern. Ang aming pinagdadaanan sa ngayon ay bagay na hindi lamang sa amin nangyayari as a couple.
“Ito ay isang pagsubok na nararanasan ng mga taong nagmamahal at nasa isang relasyon. Kung anuman itong pagsubok na aming hinaharap sa ngayon, naniniwala akong malalampasan naming ito.
“Hinihiling ko po ang inyong malalim na pang-unawa at mataimtim na dasal, alang-alang sa aming anak. Maraming salamat po,” Mina said in the statement.
The 2002 MMFF Best Actress awardee for Mano Po is best known for her various sexy roles featured in popular movies alongside some of the country’s most prominent actors.
Ara Mina and Patrick Meneses have been living together for the past few years and on December 17, 2014, she gave birth to a daughter, Amanda Gabrielle Meneses. Their child was baptized last March 17, 2015 and Ara Mina even posted some photos of their happy family during the event.
The actress also added that she will eventually open up about her relationship with Patrick Meneses when the right times comes.
