YouTube sensation Jam Sebastian passed away at around 10:30 AM on wednesday, March 4, 2015 at the St. Luke’s Medical center Global in Taguig City. Right after the announcement of Jam Sebastian’s death, netizens took to Twitter to share their condolences to the grieving family as the topic “RIP Jam” conquered the worldwide trending topics.
During the first few minutes after the announcement of Jam Sebastian’s death netizens took to Twitter and immediately conquered the Twitter trending topics in the Philippines and after an hour later the topic “RIP Jam” conquered the worldwide trending topics.
The other half of the popular Jamich tandem, Mich Liggayu posted on Facebook page that her fiancé Jam Sebastian passed away after battling Stage 4 lung cancer for over a year. During the past few days Jam Sebastian was put under life support because of his worsening conditions.
Jam Sebastian finally took his last breath while being surrounded by his friends and close family members despite some previous notes of his recovery.

The older brother of Jam, Yexel Sebastian also posted his official statement regarding the death of his brother through his official Facebook page.
On Twitter Mich Liggayu also posted a “thank you” note to Jam Sebastian and even stated that they will meet again in the future.
