Jasmine Curtis-Smith successfully made a huge impact in the Kapamilya movie “Halik Sa Hangin,” and is now set to star in another big screen project with more Kapamilya stars although she is a certified Kapatid actress. The sister of Anne Curtis will join Kapamilya stars Paulo Avelino and Isabelle Daza in the movie titled “Mara.”
The 20-year-old Jasmine Curtis-Smith revealed that she has been working on the movie with Isabelle Daza and Paulo Avelino for Regal Films. In an interview with Philippine Star she noted that “Mara” is a horror movie that centralizes on family relationship.
After the successful movie with Gerald Anderson and Julia Montes, Jasmine Curtis-Smith admitted during an interview with the entertainment press that she is really excited with working with notable Kapamilya stars.
In the upcoming movie, the actress stated that she has been working for six months on the movie “Mara” which was originally slated to be released in cinemas this month or in March, 2015.
Although Jasmine Curtis-Smith had been working with Kapamilya stars lately, she downplayed speculations that she plans to transfer to ABS-CBN, the mother station of her older sister Anne Curtis. The actress is also linked to another Kapamilya star, Sam Concepcion, his boyfriend who is also working with ABS-CBN.
