Bacolod-based reggae singer Kokoi Baldo performed the song “Love and Devotion” during the live shows of The Voice of the Philippines on Saturday and got the highest votes among viewers during the announcement of winners on Sunday, February 2, 2015. Kokoi Baldo and crooner Jason Dy moved on to the next round of the competition.

According to The Voice of the Philippines, Kokoi Blado automatically moved on to the next round of the competition after he got the highest number of votes from viewers garnering 46.81%.
Kokoi Baldo wowed the audience as well as the coaches with his own rendition of Mishka’s “Love and Devotion.” Aside from Kokoi Baldo, the other artist who performed during the weekends were Jason Dy and Douglas Dagal.
Douglas Dagal performed the song popularized by Michael Buble titled “Home” while Jason Dy earned praises from the judges with his rendition of Ed Sheeran’s “Thinking Out Loud.”
Kokoi Baldo and Jason Dy joined Jason Fernardez and Monique Lualhati for Team Sarah who will be competing against the remaining members of Team Bamboo, Team Apl, and Team Lea.
