Manny Pacquiao & Floyd Mayweather Jr. Met for the First Time During NBA Game

Filipino boxing icon and undefeated American boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. finally met in person for the very first time during an NBA game featuring the Miami Heat and the Milwaukee Bucks. The unexpected meeting of the world’s best pound-for-pound boxer happened inside the American Airlines Arena in Florida.

Manny Pacquiao (57-5-2 38 KOs) and Mayweather (47-0-0 26 KOs) possible fight which is still in negotiations for a megafight that could happen this coming May 2, 2015. Although both boxer have been trading jabs on social media, the two icons have yet to finalize the details of the fight, if it will ever happen.

The Miami Heat showed the two boxers in a split screen where Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather seemed amused looking at the encounter, which is the closest thing to their potential fight, the split screen came with the caption “Coming in 2015?”

The 37-year-old Floyd Mayweather has been a regular fixture at the Miami Heat’s games, while Manny Pacquiao has stayed in Miami even after judging the Miss Universe 2014 pageant which was held in Doral.

During the halftime of the Miami Heat vs. Milwaukee Bucks game, Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather approached each other and talked candidly.
