The Philippine representative to the world’s most prestigious beauty pageant, Miss Mary Jean Lastimosa wowed the crowd as she showcased how she prepared for the competition. During the preliminary round of the competition, MJ Lastimosa flaunted her spectacular body and how amazing she was wearing the evening gown for the Philippines.
The 27-year-old Mary Jean (MJ) Lastimosa participated in the pageant’s evening gown and swimsuit competition on Wednesday night (Thursday in Manila) alongside the 87 other contestants from around the world.
During the evening gown portion of the Miss Universe 2015 preliminaries, MJ Lastimosa donned an elegant white gown, which was designed by Colombian fashion designer, Alfredo Barraza.
The Mindanao-beauty queen also displayed her fierce catwalk skills during the highly anticipated swimsuit competition as she came out on stage wearing a pink two-piece bikini.
Filipinos who were watching live, erupted in cheers each time MJ Lastimosa walked the runway. According to the Miss Universe organizers, the judges will pick the Top 15 hopefuls who will advance to the Miss Universe 2015 finale which will be held on Sunday in Miami, Florida.
The Miss Universe organization announced earlier that the preliminary judges includes the following: Azeucena Cierco, Lloyd Boston, Corrine Nicolas, Michelle McLean-Bailey, Jeneine Doucette White, Tyler Tixier and Jimmy Nguyen.
The preliminary round of the Miss Universe 2015 was hosted by TV presenter Roxanne Vargas and the reigning Miss Universe Gabriela Isler.
