Another Filipino singing sensation was born on-line, at first I thought this Karaoke singer was lip synching or miming when he was performing the Bee Gees hit song “To Love Somebody,” but when I took a closer look of his performance, he was indeed singing featuring his internationally sounding voice. The latest karaoke singing sensation was identified as Roland Abante or more popularly known as Bunot.

At first I doubt with the authenticity of his singing voice, and I really thought it was just a mere lip-synch. Experts noted that lip-synch is defined as “moving the lips in synchronization with pre-recorded speech or song to give the appearance of a “live” performance.
The newest online singing sensation, karaoke singer “Bunot” became the hottest topics on various social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, after his amazing performance of the Bee Gees’ hit song.
Most netizens who already saw the viral video of Bunot on Facebook and on YouTube urged him to use his voice as an instrument to become one of the artists in the on-going The Voice of the Philippines Season 2 on ABS-CBN.
Right now it is still unclear of whoever first posted the original video on Facebook or on YouTube, based upon the date of posting on YouTube, one user identified as Tricia Maricel Mendoza uploaded the viral video last November 18, 2014.
