Lyca Gairanod Moves To Her New House

“The Voice Kids” grand champion Lyca Gairanod and her family has finally moved to their new house in General Trias, Cavite, which she won from the singing competition, on Wednesday October 15.

Aside from the house from Camella Homes, the 9-year-old singer won also a recording contract and 1 million in cash. She was the first-ever grand winner of “The Voice Kids Philippines” which concluded in July.

On Wednesday, ABS-CBN reporter Jeff Fernando shared a photo of Lyca Gairanod and her family on his Instagram account during the blessing of the house. He wrote on the caption: “Lyca at pamilya, lumipat na sa bago nilang bahay sa.”

Lyca Gairanod, dubbed by in the country as “Little Superstar” was born to a poor family in Tanza, Cavite and she used to scavenge junks before she was named as “The Voice Kids” champion.

Although she won in a singing competition, Lyca Gairanod’s career did not stop there. She has already top-billed an episode in “Maalaa Mo Kaya” featuring her life story, which garnered high ratings on national television.

Lyca Gairanod appears also in the family drama series “Hawak Kamay” with the box-office actor Piolo Pascual. It airs every weeknights after the news program “TV Patrol”

Lyca Gairanod is now gearing up for the upcoming kapamilya TV series titled “Nathaniel”, top-billed by child actor Marco Pingol.
