Cherry Pie Picache couldn’t help but to break down as she faced the media for the first time to thanked those who showed sympathy on her family as they grieve for the killing of her mom.

Zenaida “Baby” Sison, the mother of the 44-year-old veteran actress was killed by an unidentified suspect last Friday, September 19, 2014 in her home in Quezon City.
Authorities discovered the body of Sison with multiple stab wounds particularly on her neck and head and with a piece of cloth placed inside her mouth.
An emotional Cherry Pie Picache described her mom as well-loved by her neighbors and a devoted mom to her family.
“Sabi ko nga, ‘Ang Diyos, iba rin magmahal, ‘di ba?’ Tatanungin ka rin Niya paminsan-minsan, ‘Gaano mo ko kamahal?’ Lalo na ‘yung ganitong sitwasyon,” Cherry Pie Picache said.
“Sa mga ganitong pagkakataon, doon mo talaga honestly masasagot ang sarili mo kung gaano mo kamahal ang Diyos, dahil doon mo tatanungin… Kasi, sinasabi Niya, forgive,” she added.
“I don’t know, but you pray and you continue to pray kasi wala kang kakapitan, eh. Siya lang. You lift it all up to Him. Ikaw na bahala, hindi ko na kaya,” she noted when asked by ABS-CBN News’ Mario Dumaual when asked if she can forgive the suspect of her mom’s killing.
Meanwhile, the remains of Zenaida Sison will be cremated on Wednesday, September 24, 2014.
