After the news confirming that Deniece Cornejo, Cedric Lee and Lee and Simeon Raz, Jr are already allowed to post bail, Deniece on her part felt worried. It’s because she is not sure to be able to reach the cost of her bail.
This is in connection to the case file against them by the actor-host Vhong Navarro. In which, even if they were allowed to post bail, Deniece is not sure if she can able to raise P 500, 000 to serve as her bail. Perhaps, it’s also because she considers that she don’t actually have source of income.
According to the report in ABS-CBN, Deniece is really worrying about the amount of bail. This was first reported in DZMM Tuesday afternoon, September 16, 2014.
“Inamin ni Deniece na isang malaking issue ang paglalagak ng P500,000 dahil wala naman daw siyang trabaho. Pero ginagawan naman ng paraan ng kanilang kampo,” Sevidal reported.
However, Deniece still managed to give a positive aura to people on his appearance on TV and in some of her photos.
“Kahapon tumatawa siya, nakangiti. Sabi pa ni Deniece, hindi daw ang judge ang nagbigay sa kanya ng pansamantalanag kalayaan kundi ang kanyang taus-pusong paniniwala sa Diyos,” he added.
Actually, while Deniece is in jail, she become closer to God by being active in conducting a Bible study. She also become more prayerful. Her uncle also said that they will be going to church as soon as Deniece gets released in the jail.
At the moment, Deniece is still at the Camp Crame in Quezon City and Cedric Lee and Raz are at Taguig Regional Trial Court with their legal counsels.
On Vhong Navarro’s part, his lawyer Atty. Alma Mallonga said that they will closely examine on how the judge have decided to grant the petition for bail on Cedric’s side. But then, for now, they don’t have anything to do but just to accept it.
