The award-winning kapuso actress Marian Rivera needs to be baptized again as a catholic before her wedding with actor Dingdong Dantes since her baptism in Spain, where he was born, will not be recognized in the country.

According to PEP, Marian Rivera is a devoted catholic and she plans to be baptized during the birthday of Blessed Virgin Mary on September 8 in her hometown at Cavite.
The 30-year-old actress is hoping also that her Spanish father Francisco Javier Gracia Alonso can come home so he can walk with her down the aisle.
Before the big day, she will be busy first on her shows including “Eat Bulaga” and her dance show “Marian”. She will be busy also on her Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) entry with Vic Sotto for the movie “My Bossing’s Adventure”.
Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes, who have been together for seven years already, got engaged two years ago in Macau. The actor publicly proposed to his fiance during the live broadcast of “Marian” on August 9, 2014.
Last week, the couple said during the press conference for their wedding that they have yet to discuss their prenuptial agreement, adding that they will eventually discuss that matter.
Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes said that they are aware that money could sometimes be the source of problem of married couples so they don’t want it to happen on them.
Their grand wedding will be held on December 30, 2014 at the Immaculate Concepcion Cathedral in Quezon City.
