They would help Japanese English instructors to deliver language teachings more effectively. They would also help in innovating some teaching materials and other related methods.
The JET program was initially launched in 1987 by Japan Government. They are hoping for deep mutual understanding of other countries cultures and Japan. They believe that this would be more effective through the exchange of foreign language and immersion of cultures.
For the past years of JET program it already have 4700 participants who have been a part of this program. In the next years, Japan is hoping that there would be more participants all over the world in this said program.
