Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista said that he is okay after he and actress-host Kris Aquino decided to end their relationship. This was the first interview of Herbert Bautista after Kris Aquino admitted on national television that she got hurt.

In an interview with PEP, Herbert Bautista admitted that he is not watching the Queen of All Media’s interviews since he is focusing on his wok, adding that he is now doing okay unlike before.
“Okay naman ako. I don’t know if moving on… I just have to work, trabaho lang. I just have to focus sa trabaho at saka, yung sa mga anak ko. Okay na ako ngayon, hindi tulad nang dati,” he said.
Although their relationship did not work out, Herbert Bautista still treasures his short-lived romance with Kris Aquino, saying that “it was a good partnership.”
“Kris is a nice person, she’s a good friend. It was a good partnership. If there’s one thing good about the Aquinos, they are very loyal persons, very loyal family,” he continued.
The 43-year-old kapamilya star said last month on “The Buzz” that she got hurt when she watched the interview of Herbert Bautista in “Bandila.” During the interview, the actor-turned-turned politician said that he would not rekindle with Kris Aquino since he loves his kids so much.
Herbert Bautista has two children with his former wife Tates Gana, and he has also two other children from his previous relationship.
