The organizers of Yahoo! Celebrity Awards formerly known as OMG Awards has released the complete list of winners during the awards night held at the SM Mall of Asia Arena on Friday night July 18, 2014. The country’s leading network ABS-CBN dominated this year’s Yahoo Awards.
Kapamilya star Kim Chiu bagged the two major awards including Actress of the Year and Celebrity of the Year. She also won the Teleserye of the Year for the hit TV series “Ikaw Lamang” which also stars the Celebrity Actor of the Year Coco Martin and Male Kontrabida of the Year Jake Cuenca.
The Phenomenal comedian Vice Ganda got the Social Media of the Year and Love Team of the Year Award with his “It’s Showtime” co-host Karylle while Kris Aquino and Vhong Navarro won the hosting categories.
Other ABS-CBN artists who won in their respective categories were Julia Barretto, JC de Vera, Sarah Geronimo, Bamboo and Andrea Brilliantes.
Hosted by Robi Domingo and Maxene Magalona, the 2014 Yahoo! Celebrity Awards featured the performances of Spongecola, Gary Valenciano, Jasmine Curtis and many more.
