Time Magazine Lists Anne Curtis Among Smartest Celebrities on Twitter

The popular Time Magazine has included the Kapamilya actress-host Anne Curtis in their list of “50 smartest celebrities” in the micro-blogging site Twitter making him as the only Filipina who made it on the list.

The “Dyesebel” star landed in the 28th spot joining the ranks of the famous Hollywood celebrities and A-listers including Leonardio DiCaprio(1st), Jimmy Kimmel (2nd), Jessie J (10th) and many more.

Annne Curtis even had a lower rank than the “Queen of Talk” Oprah Winfrey (42nd), multi-awarded performer Jennifer Lopez (43rd) and the international singer Beyonce Knowles (48th).

The Time Magazine used the reading comprehension test known as Simple Measure of Gobbledygook (SMOG) to come up with the list. SMOG has analyzed the last 20 tweets of the 500 most followed celebrities to test their reading level.

“The SMOG test measures the number of three syllable words used in a text to calculate the years of education required to understand it,” it said in the article published in their website on Wednesday July 16, 2014.

Anne Curtis is the most followed celebrity in the Philippines with more 6.67 million followers as of posting.
