The highly anticipated trailer of the movie “She’s Dating The Gangster,” was officially released by ABS-CBN through their official YouTube account. The trailer video of the movie already went viral after just a few days of posting on the largest video-sharing site. The movie features the Teen King and Queen, Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo or more popularly as KathNiel.

The She’s Dating The Gangster movie already garnered more than 280K views on YouTube within the first two days of posting on YouTube. The 2-minute teaser video features the role of Athena portrayed by Kathryn Bernardo who strikes a deal with school heartthrob Kenji portrayed by Daniel Padilla to pretend to be his girlfriend.
The deal of Anthena and Kenji was made in the hope that Kenji’s ex-girlfriend will be jealous. The movie is set in the early 90’s as evident to the fashion styles of the lead characters in the viral trailer video.
The movie which was originally written by Bianca Bernardino is slated to premiere this coming July 16, 2014. The movie is the third big-screen outing of the KathNiel tandem, following the rumored couple’s last movie, “Must Be… Love,” and “Pagpag: Siyam na Buhay,” both movies were released during the year 2013.
The movie “She’s Dating The Gangster” is directed by award-winning director Cathy Garcia-Molina, the same director behind the top-rating TV series, “Got To Believe.”
