Senator Bong Revilla is currently detained at the Philippine National Police Headquarters in Camp Crame particularly at the PNP Custodial Center, after he surrendered to Sandiganbayan on Friday morning, June 20, 2014.

The 47-year-old Senator Bong Revilla was brought by government authorities to Camp Crame at aroun 1:00 PM, he then went to the PNP Multi-Purpose Hall where his fingerprints and mug shots were taken before his detention.
The detention center of Sen. Revilla is located in a 32 square-meter center, with only one window and equipped with a single fan. The room has a single bed frame with a matress. The Senator’s camp already requested the Sandiganbayan to put a cooler inside the detention cell but they need to ask permission first.
Before the detention of Sen. Bong Revilla, he underwent physical and medical examination. He was accompanied by his close family and friends, who were considered as the most powerful clan in the province of Cavite.
Aside from Sen. Bong Revilla, the other Senators who were indicted early this month, Sen. Juan Ponce Enrile and Jinggoy Estrada were the other senators who were accused of allegedly receiving huge kickbacks from the controversial pork barrel funds diverted to bogus foundations of the controversial businesswoman Janet Lim-Napoles. The Sandiganbayan anti-graft court has not yet issued the arrest warrants for Sen. Enrile and Jinggoy Estrada.
Meanwhile, according to Senator Revilla’s lawyer, Atty. Joel Bodegon filed a petition for bail and requested a hearing next week. Before the issuance of the arrest warrant, the Sandiganbayan Firs Division rejected the motions by Revilla’s lawyer to dismiss the charges against his clients.
