During the Wednesday’s episode of “Dyesebel” a man catches a glimpse of Anne Curtis tail while being carried by Gerard Anderson, the man exclaims, “May Sirena!”
The netizens were caught not by the acting of the actors in the series but by the pronunciation made by the man who saw the tail of “Sirena,” which became the subject of jokes on Twitter.
The audience attention were not on the superstitious city folk in the top-rating series who were in hot pursuit of Dyesebel and Fredo (Geralda Anderson) who tried to get his mermaid girlfriend to a safe place, but on the way the man pronounced the term “Sirena.”
The term “May SIRINA” made it to the top Twitter Trending topics worldwide in the micro-blogging site Twitter. Aside from the term, other trends related to “Dyesebel” were “#AngSikretoNinaDysebelAtFredo,” and the character “Pinky Pusit.”
The top-rating Dyesebel directed by Don Cuaresma and Francis Pasion airs weeknights on Primetime Bida after “TV Patrol.”
