Kapamilya actor and one of the country’s most eligible bachelor Coco Martin revealed the main reasons why is it that until he has no girlfriend or was not involved with anyone else. According to Coco Martin his main priority right now is to save up for himself and his family.
During an exclusive interview with Boy Abunda, the “Ikaw Lamang” actor noted that he would probably focus on his lovelife when he turns 35, the actor also stated that he is not pressured to settle down soon.
Although the 31-year-old Coco Martin decided not to settle early he also admitted that he wants to have a child. According to Coco Martin putting his family first is his most important lessons learned from his grandmother, who looked after him growing up.
Coco Martin was quoted as saying “Isipin [ko dapat] ‘yung future. Kasi yung future ko na ‘yun, hindi ako but ‘yung pamilya ko, ‘yung mga magulang ko, ‘yung mga kapatid ko at ‘yung magiging pamilya ko baling araw,” he said.
The parents of the Kapamilya actor separated so it has been his dream to give his family a comfortable and happy life. Coco Martin is still working hard for his loved ones but according to him, he has “everything” already based upon his current status, without mentioning his lovelife.
The former Indie actor was quoted “Sabi ko nga, hindi naman sobra-sobra ‘yung gusto o pangarap ko. Mataas ‘yung pangarap ko pero alam ko lang kung ano ‘yung para sa akin. Ngayon, pwede ko sabihin na lahat nasa akin na,” he said.
According to Coco Martin, despite his current popularity as an actor, he revealed that he still has dreams as far as his showbiz career is concerned. He wanted to become a director someday and will try to produce some movies.
The Kapamilya actor Coco Martin is currently busy in promoting his upcoming movie titled “Maybe This Time,” his first big screen team-up with Sarah Geronimo, which is slated to hit theaters on May 28, 2014.
