The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Friday, March 21, 2014 the official results of the Real Estate Broker Board Exam conducted by Board of Real Estate Service last March 16, 2014.
PRC announced that there are 2,048 our of 3,535 passed the Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination conducted by the PRC in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi and Lucena this March 2014.
Blake Salingbay Feken of the University of the Philippines-Diliman topped the Real Estate Broker Board Exam with an 84.00% ratings. He is followed by Juan Carlos Caballes Gines from the University of the East-Caloocan who ranked second with a score of 83.50% rating.
Ranking in No. 3 spot of the Real Estate Board Exam are Jerry Magbanua Catague of Ateneo de Davao University, Raul Nestor Cruz Gungon of Mount Carmel College-QC, Peter John Metadio Ong of University of San Carlos and Felix Tiu Sy Jr. from Ateneo de Manila University in Quezon City.
