After the mauling incident happened to 37-year-old It’s Showtime co-host Vhong Navarro in Forbeswood Height, Fort Bonifacio Taguig City, the actor set himself as he vows to fight his case until the end.
Meanwhile, as comedian-actor Vhong Navarro filed a multiple charges against his opponents Cedric Lee and Deniece Cornejo along with Lee’s business partners and sister Bernice which includes serious physical injury, grave threats, grave coercion, illegal arrest, blackmail and serious illegal detention-which is a non-bailable offense, he is eager enough to show the public that he is determined to fight for his love ones.
Regarding with Vhong Navarro’s fight, in an interview with Ginger Conejero on Thursday March 6, 2014, before he personally filed his counter-affidavit at the Pasig Regional Trial Court against the newly existed case filed against him by former beauty queen Roxanne Cabañero, he was accompanied by the three dancers, his personal (–foul word(s) removed–)istant and his brother.
However, to give a higher proof that the actor didn’t take any advantage to the former beauty queen, the certified box office and his co-host Vice Ganda’s affidavit was also attached and submitted regarding with the complaint filed by Roxanne Cabañero, who’s with Navarro when the actor allegedly held an attempt to her last 2010.
Moreover, as Vhong Navarro vowed to do everything for the sake of protecting himself and his family, he said “Medyo mahirap ang pinagdadaanan ko dahil affected na ang anak ko and pamilya ko. Parang masyado nilang dina-down ang sarili ko na wala naman akong ginagawang pangre-rape. Ang hirap lang pagbintangan ka na hindi mo ginagawa.”
