The two-time Most Valuable Player of the PBA also narrated his friendship with the firm’s owner Dondon Monteverde, treating the latter like a father to him at the time he was new in Manila, which pushed him to join the recently built sports management firm.

“Si Dondon kasi ang humawak sa ‘kin ever since na pumunta ako dito sa Manila. Siya ang nag-guide sa kin. Parang tatay ko na yang si Dondon at maga-guide na rin niya ‘yung mga ibang players na kasama natin dito,” added the two-time PBA Most Valuable Player.

Among the clients of the Visual Sports Incorporated were Barangay Ginebra’s Greg Slaughter, San Mig Coffee’s James Yap, Talk ‘N Text’s Jimmy Alapag and Rain or Shine’s Jeric Teng.

Also, they have clients in the amateur basketball including La Salle’s Jeron Teng, National University’s Ray Parks, San Beda’s Baser Amer and NLEX Road Warrior’s Kevin Alas.

“We believe our athletes can play at the highest level, and at the same time, tap into their talents,” said Monteverde. “This is more than basketball and sports. We make sure we (–foul word(s) removed–)ist and support them in pursuing their other p(–foul word(s) removed–)ions.”
