The Tropical Depression Agataon has been downgraded to a low pressure are (LPA) as confirmed by PAGASA on Monday at around 10:00 AM and lifted all public storm warning signals as the storm weakened.

At around 10:00 AM, the center of the Low Pressure Area is located 400 kilometers East Southeast of Davao City.
The LPA will still bring moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms over Northern Mindanao, CARAGA, and Davao Region while the sea travel are still risky over the seaboards of Luzon, Visayas and CARAGA Region.
Although the Bagyong Agaton is already downgraded into an LPA, the weather disturbance already caused more than 100,000 Filipinos who fled the fury of the typhoon and sought shelter.
Before the tropical depression Agaton intensifies, the LPA brought heavy rains in Mindanao which affected more that 153,193 families or 723,517 persons, at least 40 people were dead and six others were missing as confirmed by the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC).
The NDRRMC also reported a total of 16 landslides incidents, six flash flood incidents, and two maritime incidents around Mindanao. A total of 711 houses were totally destroyed and 1,076 others sustained damage.
There are twenty-four bridges and 59 roads remains imp(–foul word(s) removed–)able with an estimated total amount of damage to infrastructure and agriculture to P328,814,336.92.
