Jonas Gaffud also added the following comments against Mo Twister:
“I have nothing against Mo Twister. But to clarify, Ara meant lang she’s ok with her communications skills because a lot of other girls don’t speak good English in Miss Universe. It’s about speaking English in pageants, not to downgrade anyone who doesn’t speak well,” Gaffud said.
“Our Miss Philippines, Ara Arida is very humble. So i hope people won’t judge her on how some people interpret it. Peace to all,” he said.
Jonas Gaffud stressed on her comments that he respects DJ Mo Twister whose real name is Mohan Gumatay. He stated as saying, ” “Respect is something lacking in our society that makes the world more complicated to live in,” he said.
Gaffud also urged against “(using) social media to destroy people. Instead, use it as a tool for better understanding.” DJ Mo Twister responded to the last tweet of Jonas Gaffud, “Let’s not use news program to destroy entire groups of people. I agree.” he tweeted.
Aside from the answers given by Jonas Gaffud he updated the followers of Miss Universe Philippine Ara Arida that the 24-year-old Laguna-born arrived in Moscow on Tuesday night.
