Ynna Asistio, the newest Kapamilya member will star on her first MMK role together with veteran actor Ariel Rivera on Saturday August 24. The former Kapuso star will portray her first-ever role as a Kapamilya actress in the drama-anthology Maalaala Mo Kaya.
The 21-year-old Ynna Asistio is the daughter of Nadia Montenegro and former Caloocan City Mayor Macario “Boy” Asistio, Jr. She is known for her roles in the Kapuso network’s shows such as “Mga Mata ni Anghelita,” “Who’s Your Daddy Now!” and “La Vendetta.”
Meanwhile, Ariel Rivera will play the role of Eddy, a father who has two families, one in Albay, while the second resides in Bacolod. The MMK episode this Saturday will also feature Sheryl Cruz, Trina Legazpi, Marco Gumabao, John Wayne Sace, Karen Reyes, JB Agustin, Joseph Bitangcol, Alfred Labatos, Marissa Sanchez, Matthew Mendoza, Jong Cuenco, Louella de Cordova, Celine Lim, Jed Montero, Erin Ocampo, and Arnold Reyes.
