The 26th FIBA Asia depending champion China defeated Malaysia with 91 points on their recently concluded games bouncing back from their previous loss against arch-rival South Korea during the 27th FIBA Asia Men’s Championship Friday at the Mall of Asia Arena.

China was shocked during their first game against the South Koreans on Thursday that ends in a crucial 63-59 victory for the Koreans despite the fact the China dominated the paint during the entire game.
NBA veteran Yi Jianlian who is still dealing with a hamstring injury powered China’s scoring with four of China’s players scoring in double figure to power the Chinese with an easy victory against Malaysia. Wang Zhelin topscored with 21 points, veteran international campaigner Wang Zhizhi added with 17 points, Zhu Fangyu and Ailin Guo scored with 16 points each.
In Malaysia’s side, no player was able to score in double digits, their loss is their second consecutive defeat after they were demolished by team Iran with the score at 115-25.
