The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) posted the schedule of the October 2013 PNP Entrance and Promotional Examination, together with the online scheduling, filing of applications and different requirements for examinees.

The Examination is given to qualified Filipino citizens who meet the requirements for PNP Entrance Exam, and to Police Officer 1 (PO1) whose appointments are temporary for lack of appropriate eligibility.
The Promotional Exam on the other hand is open exclusively to all qualified uniformed members of PNP who meet the qualification and standards for examination in terms of rank and eligibility, in the categories of Police Officer, Senior Police Officer, Police Inspector, Police Superintendent.

- Online Application Scheduling (OLEASS): July 29 to August 7, 2013
- Filing of Application: August 19 to September 13, 2013
- Exam Date: October 20, 2013
PNP Promotional Exam schedule
- Online Application Scheduling: August 8 to 16, 2013
- Filing of Application: August 19 to September 13, 2013
- Exam Date: October 20, 2013
Note: Only applicants with confirmed schedule appointment (done online in OLEASS) with reference number shall be entertained. The Regional Office may limit the number of examinees it will accommodate, so acceptance of application, on a first-come, first-served basis, maybe stopped ahead of deadline.

I already took the exam this morning, the exam is quiet easy than the civil service prof. and sub prof. exam. I would like to ask, when will be the release of the entrance exam 10/20/2013? I hope I got the exam. Thanks!!
