A traffic enforcer from Talisay City, Negros Occidental engaged in a fist fight against a jeepney driver and their confrontation was caught on camera by a bystander.
The video was taken last Monday showing a jeepney driver challenging a traffic enforcer identified as Arnel Pabillo to a fist fight. After numerous provocation, Pabillo threw punches at the driver.
According to Pabillo, the driver was enraged after he confiscated his license for loading p(–foul word(s) removed–)engers at a non-loading area. The brawl was eventually stopped after cooler heads intervened.
