Filipino singer based in London, Joseph Apostol made it to the next round of “The Voice UK” after he made his wonderful performance and got a standing ovation from all the vocal coaches during the knockout round of the competition.
The 21-year-old Apostol who is of Filipino roots is a college student in the United Kingdom. During his performance of the song titled, “A Song For You” he captured the audience with his remarkable rendition.
The song was originally sung by Leon Russell’s but Joseph Apostol’s soulful version of the song really mesmerized the audience as well as the judges. Apostol will compete against 11 remaining contestants for the first live show of “The Voice UK” next week.
