Presidential sister, Kris Aquino wants to make Bantayan Island, as the next Boracay. The 42-year-old controversial Kris Aquino made the promise to Liberal Party (LP) gubernatiorial candidate Hilario “Junjun” Davide III during her visit to Cebu yesterday, May 3, 2013.
Kris Aquino addressed Davide as “Guv,” and stated that she discovered Bantayan during a 2010 LP campaign trail. She also promised to return to Bantayan after June to feature it’s attraction in her show Kris TV.

The TV host and actress, Kris was quoted as saying that “Pagbalik ko dito, ikaw (Davide) magto-tour sa akin ha, tapos jetski tayo at mag-banana boat (When I return, you will give me a tour and we’ll ride the jet ski and banana boat),” she stated.
According to Kris Aquino her show has more than 11 million viewers worldwide and featuring Bantayan Island will promote the island not only in the Philippines but also worldwide.
Kris Aquino was in Cebu with Team PNoy’s reelectionist Sen. Francis “Chiz” Escudero and Grace Poe, a Senate aspirant. They endorsed the candidacy of Davide and his running mate acting Gov. Agnes Magpale.
