Bb. Pilipinas candidate no. 20, Bea Rose Santiago was crowned Binibining Pilipinas-International 2013 by the outgoing titleholder Nicole Schmitz during the coronation night of Bb. Pilipinas Gold held at the historic Smart-Araneta Coliseum in Cubao, Quezon City.

The 22-year-old Canada-based Bea Rose, as what she was more popularly known as a professional model have already represented the Philippines in Miss Tourism Queen of the Year International 2012 held in China on December.
During her beauty pageant stint in Canada she was also crown as the Mutya ng Pilipinas Overseas Communities on 2011. The 5 feet 9 inches beauty hails from Masbate, she was also a proud Gawad Kalinga amb(–foul word(s) removed–)ador.
Aside from winning the Bb. Pilipinas International crown, Bea Rose was also awarded with Bb. Avon Special Awards, given by the prestigious beauty products company Avon.
