According to the latest pol ads spending report submitted by different networks to the COMELEC, JV Ejercito and Loren Legarda currently leads the TV and Radio Election Ads spending for the May 2013 Mid-Term Elections.
The United Nationalist Alliance, the main opposition party dominated the ads airtime with a total of 52 minutes while the administration Liberal Party has 4.5 minutes only.
JV Ejercito of UNA tops the list of TV Ads spenders with 26 minutes followed by Richard Gordon and Ernesto Maceda with 26 minutes each. Wrapping up the TV ads airtime were Zubiri, Casino, Enrile, Magsaysay, Aquino, Hontiveros, Angara, Cayetano, Legarda, Poe, Madrigal, Pimentel, Hagedorn, and Nancy Binay.
Current number 1 senatorial survey candidate, Loren Legarda tops the radio ads spending airtime with a total of 46 minutes followed by Migz Zubiri with 19 minutes. Each candidates in national positions were given a total of 120 minutes for TV and 180 minutes for Radio as allowable airtime.
