Globe Telecom, one of the Philippines largest telecommunication company in the country will bring the newest Samsung gadget, the Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini. The Ayala-led company Globe will be the first local firm to bring Samsung’s newest Galaxy Series.
The announcement was made on Thursday, according to Globe the Samsung Galaxy SIII is available for pre-order until January 31, 2013.
Globe Postpaid head Martha Sazon was quoted as saying that “We cement our leadership in postpaid with our opening salvo for 2013 – the Samsung Galaxy SIII mini. Our one-month exclusivity with the device testifies to our strong and robust partnership with Samsung,” Sazon said.
The new Galaxy SIII mini features a 4-inch AMOLED touchscreen, a 1 Ghz dual core processor and a 5-megapixel camera, and is powered by Google’s Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system.
The smartphone will be available in Globe stores starting February 1 with a postpaid plans range from P999 to P3,799 a month.
